Uniform
We feel that our school uniform helps to promote a sense of belonging and pride in the school, while solving the problem of “what to wear today”.
Our Little Stars and Ridgewell uniforms are available to buy from Frank Smith & Sons, High Street, Halstead, they stock all sizes and you are welcome to try on anything before buying. Uniform is also available on-line at www.schoolwearforless.co.uk or www.myclothing.com
Uniform consists of:
- Burgundy jumper or cardigan (with school logo if possible)
- Grey skirt or grey/black trousers
- White polo top or shirt (with or without school logo)
- Sensible black shoes
Optional summer variation:
- Red gingham dress
- Grey/black shorts
- Sensible smart sandals (i.e. preferably not open toes)
P.E. Kit:
- Burgundy Polo Shirt (with school logo if possible)
- Black shorts
- Indoor: Black plimsolls
- Outdoor: Trainers
- A warm tracksuit or sweatshirt & jogging bottoms
- Waterproof coats/ trousers for forest school
Other useful kit sometimes needed
- Wellington Boots
- Old gardening clothes
- An apron or old shirt for painting
